Sales and Return Policy

  • Product Description 

    • Our offered range of products include wide selection that have been sourced from several countries around the world.

    • Most of our products are partially or fully handmade by workshops and artists around the world.

    • We kindly ask you to understand and appreciate that handmade products may have variances in patterns, designs, colors, finishing, size, weight…etc, since each piece is made individually. Also, these products may have several features of being hand crafted such as surface scratches or effects or coloring features. If you have any concern about any such issue, kindly communicate with us for further help. 

    • The description (color, made of, origin, dimensions, weight…etc) and photos provided on the website are aiming to give you with the closest, most accurate and error free description of the products. If upon receiving the item, you did not like it, you may return it as per the Return Policy detailed later. 

    • The provided weight and dimensions are approximate, and there might be a small variance ± between the declared and actual details due to nature of the handmade items.  

    • Some of the products come in wide range of colors and other configurable features. Before selecting your product with the color or features you like, kindly ensure reviewing the provided description and photos of the available features. It is your sole responsibility to choose the right product you like. 

    • Some of the offered products come in random color selection which means that the product that will be shipped to you will depend on whatever is available at the point of shipment. This option is used in products which have a very wide and random selection of colors.

    • Most of the offered products come with very limited quantity as low as one piece. If you like one item, please check the available quantity before deciding.

    • If you like a product that is not available for the time being, you may share your requirement with us through the email or WhatsApp messages and we will do our best to avail to you. 

    • Kindly note that future product sourcing depends on the willingness of the workshops and artists to supply this product again. 

  • Product Care

    • Although our offered products are very high in quality, however, we ask you to pay the utmost attention and care while using and cleaning these products as they are extremely fragile and delicate. 

    • Do not put the products in dishwasher or microwave. 

    • Do not use bleaching material or hard detergents in cleaning these products as it may affect the products negatively. 

    • Kindly ensure cleaning the products properly (using dishwashing soap) before being used to serve food or drinks. 

    • Do not leave these products in the direct sun light and store it in cold and dry conditions. 

    • Kindly pay attention while cleaning the wooden items and use wet towel or special wood cleaning materials. Do not expose to direct water. 

 

  • Ordering 

    • When you use albazaar.shop and place orders through it, you agree to: 

  1. Use this website to make enquiries and legally valid orders only. 

  2. Not to make any false or fraudulent orders. If an order of this type may reasonably be considered to have been placed, we shall be authorized to cancel it and inform the competent authorities. 

  3. Provide us with your email address, delivery address and/or other contact details truthfully and exactly. You also agree that we may use this information to contact you in the context of your order if necessary (see our Privacy Policy). 

  • If you do not provide us with all the information we need, you cannot place your order. 

  • When you place an order on this website, you state that you are over the age of 18 and are legally eligible to enter into binding contracts.

  • To place an order, you must follow the online purchasing procedure and complete the payment.

  • Our announced prices are for each piece (per piece) unless clearly mentioned differently such as the announced price is per set or else.

  • We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same. Although we will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order. We reserve the right to do so at any time.

  • You can contact us to cancel an order that you have placed through our website, provided that this order was not processes/ shipped yet. The moment the order is being processed/ shipped, we will not accept any more cancellation requests. However, you may always return the product in line with the Return Policy clarified later. 

  • Product Availability  

    • All product orders are subject to availability. Along this line, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or there are no more items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of the same or higher quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse any amount that you may have paid.

  • Product Return

    • If you wish to return the product after being delivered to you, kindly note the following:

    1. You may return up to 7 calendar days of being delivered to you. After 7 calendar days, no return will be accepted. 

    2. The product should not be used in in anyway and it should be in perfect condition and original packing. 

    3. To return the product, kindly contact us via email or through the designated mobile phone via WhatsApp. 

    4. We may request you to provide some further details of the product such as photos. 

    5. The return of the product will be through Qatar Post for returns in Qatar and Aramex for returns from all other countries. 

    6. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect the product to ensure proper conditions. 

    7. Within the defined return period (7 calendar days), and the product is in a good condition as clarified above, we will refund to you the full amount of the product value less the actual return courier charges. To know the return courier charges, kindly contact us in advance via email of mobile (through WhatsApp)

  • We do not offer exchange of any purchased product, if you do not like the product, you may proceed with returning the product. 

  • Most of our products are extremely fragile. We make sure that our products are free of any defects or damages before being delivered or shipped to you and we document the same through detailed process including taking photos and other means. We ensure very good and safe wrapping of the products to reach you in the best condition. However, and in case of the delivered product is damaged, the same should be reported to us through email or mobile (via WhatsApp) on the same day of delivery.  If report is received with the same day of being delivered to you, the same return process explained above will be applied. However, we will process the full refund amount. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.
