Payment & Delivery Policy

Online payments are done through professional and secure payment gateway by an international service provider. We accept most types of local, regional and international cards.
We offer cash on delivery option for customers who wish to pay in cash. In this case, the cash collection will be done by Qatar Post along with the product delivery. We will apply 10 QAR (2.74 USD) on each order as a cash on delivery charge to process your request.

Payments in Oman, Kuwait, Jordan and Lebanon ONLY, we offer cash on delivery option for customers who wish to pay in cash. In this case, the cash collection will be done by Aramex along with the product delivery. We will apply the following cash on delivery charge on each order to process your request:

Delivery in Qatar is facilitated through Qatar Post.
To ensure proper delivery, kindly provide you national address accurate details including zone, street, building and unit numbers. Also, provide the contact details that will be used by Qatar Post to call you to complete the delivery.
Delivery charge in Qatar (inside or outside Doha) is fixed at 20 QAR (4.48 USD) per order. We reserve the right to revise this rate at any time.
In Qatar ONLY, we offer customers with free delivery if their order equals or exceed 250 QAR (68.5 USD). In such case the delivery will be complementary by albazaar.shop.
Qatar Post will contact you two times to complete the delivery. If you do not facilitate the delivery in the two calls by Qatar Post to complete the delivery, Qatar Post will return the product to our warehouse. In such case, we will consider the order as canceled and will refund the order value to you less the incurred delivery and return charges (40 QAR = 10.96 USD).
Delivery in Qatar will be completed within 72 hours of placing your order.

International shipping is facilitated through Aramex from Qatar to your destination.
As per the existing conditions and restrictions, we do not offer international shipping to Bahrain, Saudi, UAE and Egypt. This list will change with time as per the issued instructions from Aramex and the concerned authorities. We will keep updating our Policy with time as per that.
To ensure proper delivery, kindly provide your full and accurate address details. Also, provide the contact details that will be used by Aramex to complete the delivery.
Shipping charges are based on the shipping weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher) of the order. The volumetric weight is calculated as below for the final packaged order:

Volumetric Weight= Length X Height X Width5000

To know the actual shipping charge, kindly check the provided details on the store during the purchase process.
For all international shipping, we offer a discount of 15 USD on shipping charges for every and each order equals 150 USD (multiple of 15 USD discount on shipping charge will be granted for the order value in multiple of 150 order value) as per the below

Shipping charges excludes any customs duty or any other government charges at your destination. It is not our responsibility to know or clarify these charges as they are not known to us. It is your sole responsibility to know such charges at your destination and pay them in case existed.
Aramex will contact you to complete the delivery. If you do not facilitate and support Aramex to complete the delivery, Aramex will return the product to our warehouse in Qatar. In such case, we will consider the order as canceled and will refund the order value to you less the incurred delivery and return charges plus any other charges such as customs, government charges or else.
Shipping internationally takes 5-8 working days.
